All orders placed with Qualityautotools.co.uk are subject to the terms listed below. No variation to these terms shall be valid or effective. This does not supersede statutory rights under the “Sale of Goods” acts but is designed to clarify the principles and procedures by which we trade.  Qualityautotools.co.uk is a wholly owned subsidiary and trading name of Tool-Cal Limited. Reg. No.5852419.

PRICES: Charged for goods, current at date of despatch.

VAT:  All prices shown are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).

CURRENCY:  All prices on this site are quoted in pounds sterling (£).

PAYMENT TERMS:  Despatch of goods will not take place until payment as been processed and received in full.

DELIVERY:  In the event of goods being out of stock after an order has been placed and paid for, Qualityautotools.co.uk will attempt to obtain and despatch the goods in question within seven days of the ordered date. If this should this not be possible, Qualityautotools.co.uk will then repay the purchaser the price of the said goods, or offer an alternative delivery date, or an alternative similar product, at the buyer's discretion.

SHIPPING/CARRIAGE: Carriage for the delivery of goods to a

destination within UK mainland will be charged on all orders below £50.00 nett of VAT.  Orders above this amount will normally be Carriage Paid.  Qualityautotools.co.uk reserve the right to charge a special carriage charge on items that are either; heavy, bulky, supplied direct from a supplier, or on a carrier service which is not normally used. 

The final price quoted on the payment page is the price of the goods including delivery and packing to the stated destination.

RETURN OF GOODS: All goods supplied in accordance with customers orders, will not be accepted for return without prior consent of Qualityautotools.co.uk.  It is our policy to not deal on a sale or return basis.

CANCELLATIONS:  Once the goods are despatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

CLAIMS FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE:  Shortages or damage should be advised within 3 days of receipt.

Claims after this period will not be accepted.  Claims will not be accepted unless the carrier’s delivery note is endorsed ''received damaged / open / missing".

GUARANTEE: Qualityautotools.co.uk undertake to replace (or credit the customer if a replacement is not available or at their discretion), for items which have failed due to genuine design faults or bad workmanship.  Items that show damage through misuse will not be considered for replacement or credit, we remind customers to assess the condition of the product before applying for a replacement or credit.

In no circumstances shall we the seller be liable, in contract, tort

(including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise whatsoever and howsoever arising for any loss of profit, business, contracts, revenues or anticipated savings or for any special, indirect or consequential damage of any nature whatsoever.  All products are subject to a 7 day, 100% satisfaction guarantee, whereby, if the customer is not 100% satisfied with the goods supplied, they can be returned for a full refund or credit, (at the customers own expense, unless later proved to be faulty, when a refund will be made to cover reasonable postage or carriage costs). This guarantee does not cover goods that have been used, damaged or defaced in any way, (unless faulty). Goods should be returned in a re-saleable condition with the original packaging.

 SPECIFICATIONS: Every effort has been made to ensure that items in this website are accurately specified and believed to be fit for the purpose described.  No warranty to this effect is given and no responsibility can be accepted in the event of injury or damage arising from an error or mis-description.

FORCE MAJEURE: Qualityautotools.co.uk shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay or non performance of any contract arising directly or indirectly, from any cause outside the control of the company.

DISPUTES: This contract shall be governed by English law and English courts shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute that might arise save that the company may institute and maintain proceedings in respect of this contract in any country. Proceedings against a foreign customer may be served by post addressed to them in any consulate of their country or residence or nationality.

CONFIDENTIALITY: Qualityautotools.co.uk undertakes to exercise all reasonable precautions to keep information supplied to us by customers strictly confidential.  We use our customer information to advise our clients of our goods and services that we feel will be of interest to them (unless expressly instructed otherwise in writing) but the information will not be sold or supplied to an outside agency.
